Refund policy

RETURNS AND DELIVERY

Returns can be made within 30 days from the delivery date by sending your item back by courier to the address indicated on the return label.

Returned items must meet the following conditions in order for a refund to be issued:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

  • For lingerie items, the hygiene protection (if provided) must remain completely intact.

  • Returns with a return label will only be accepted if the label has not been removed.


Exchanges by Courier

To request an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact info@laurenthy.com to initiate the exchange process.

  2. Once your request has been approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you by email.

  3. Place the item in its original packaging, including the cotton bag, accessories, instruction booklet, tags and return label. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with all protective packaging still intact (if applicable).

  4. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to the package and arrange the pickup by contacting the courier directly using the number provided in the return request email or on the return confirmation page.

Returns sent using the prepaid shipping label are free of charge.

Please note that Laurenthy is not responsible for items returned using alternative courier services, therefore we strongly recommend using the provided prepaid label. If you do not receive the label or cannot locate it, please contact us at info@laurenthy.com.

The courier tracking number can be found on the prepaid shipping label and can be used to monitor your return shipment.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, exchanges or refunds will be processed within 14 working days and issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the returned item does not comply with our return policy, it will be sent back to you and the refund will not be issued.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
